Members of the wedding party are requested to arrive at the Sunshine Ranch on 7 August at 1:00 PM for a rehearsal of the day's events.

The ceremony will take place outside on the banks of the Little Horsefly River, a short walk down a hill on the Sunshine Ranch property.

Hat, sunscreen and sunglasses Or a rain jacket and umbrella may be required

Canapés and drinks are served by the river while we snap some photos. After the main group shots, guests are welcome to enjoy lawn games, get to know eachother or take a break.

Toilets are located up the hill at the main venue.

Those who are able are kindly invited to help with the venue clean-up the following morning.

We'll be enjoying breakfast on site before making the most of our time together in and around Horsefly.

Whether you join us for a helping hand, an adventure, or simply a relaxed morning with friends and family, we'd love to continue the celebrations with you.

Depending on interest and weather, activities may include tubing on the river, hiking to some of the area's beautiful waterfalls, or spending time on the lake. The current thinking is:

Monday, August 10th

Day trip by boat to Suey Bay/Archie Creek Falls. Bring swimming gear, drinks, snacks, BBQ food & something warm for the way back (it gets windy).

Tuesday, August 11th

Gentle hike to Horsefly Falls. Wear good shoes, comfortable clothes and pack bug spray & sun lotion.
